Felony DWI #3. I was referred to Todd Leffler and was told that he was the only person that could remotely help in my situation. He first of all met with me @ 8am on a Sunday morning. Of all the attorneys I consulted with, I felt that Mr. Leffler seemed to be the most straightforward and knowledgeable about the process and what to expect. Unlike most lawyers, when he would reset my case to give himself some more time to make sure I got the best deal I could get, he would get me out of that courtroom as quickly as possible instead of sitting there all day long. I was always out of there well before 10 AM. I don't know exactly how he did it; but by using the video, the police report and my story he was able to get the case completely dismissed. There is no way you could convince me that anyone else would have taken care of my case and myself as well as he did. I highly recommend Todd Leffler for all your lawyering needs.

Todd Leffler has a professional yet personal approach to his counseling. He knew the Harris County system well and kept me informed of the choices I had in my case. I really appreciated his personal approach which made me feel like I really had someone who cared about what happened to me. His knowledge of the system and his presentation of my case got me a dismissal in a situation that could have included long term probation and even jail time. In a case where I thought the best thing I could hope for would be deferred adjudication, Todd was able to get my whole case dismissed. Using research, GPS data and Sherlock Holmes like skills he invalidated the stop that caused my whole possession case. I am still in awe that he managed this. Todd was able fix something with a common sense approach that fell through the cracks and could have been a real problem for me if not handled correctly. Mr. Leffler was very caring and professional. He assisted our son when his court appointed attorney would have had him pead quilty to a dubious charge. Mr. Leffler was able to convince the DA that the case was weak and get the charges dismissed.
